H2 Realty specializes in residential land transactions throughout the suburban Maryland and Virginia markets. The company was formed in 2007 by Ted Diss and Michael Hummel. Together they bring over 50 years of land development, acquisition, brokerage and overall real estate experience to the firm's clients.
