  1. Frontier Spring — 79 lot mixed unit project located on Gum Spring Road in Aldie. Recently rezoned and developed by H2 Land and presently delivering lots to Ryan Homes.
  2. Walraven at Round Hill — 30 lot single family project located in Round Hill. Project is currently in engineering. Homebuilding partners are NV Homes and Bay Homes.
  3. Hoadly Road Property — 53 lot single family project located on Hoadly Road in Woodbridge presently in site plan review.
  4. Wilton Hill — 12 lot single family project located in Franconia recently rezoned and in engineering. Home construction is by Sorensen Construction.
  5. Waterford Downs — 126 large single family lots, located in Waterford, currently in engineering which H2 Land Company is managing for the owner.
  6. Little River Commons — 163 lot mixed unit project located on Gum Spring Road in Aldie. Project is presently in development. Homebuilding partners are NV Homes and Ryan Homes.
  7. White Oak Crest — 26 single family lots being developed for Ryan Homes. Currently in engineering.
